Launer Family
Here the Western European character set is used, therefore some Czech character are not reproduced correctly.

The family research of the Launer family is still fragmentary. This family came from Czechia. The earliest Launer of this family is Johannes Launer, gardener in Brättersdorf (Bratříkovice). His son Josef Launer was baptized there on September 1, 1767. After his wife Magdalena probably died he still married once more in Seitendorf (Horní Životice, Kreis Bruntál): on May 12, 1816, Theresie Stieber (Theresií Stieberovou)(death April 10, 1820 Seitendorf) and on July 9, 1820, Elisabeth Niederweissner (Niederweissnerovou)(death March 8, 1823 Seitendorf).

His son Josef married in Seitendorf Maria Johanna Langer (Langerová) who came from there. Their son August (Augustýn) Launer, born in 1799, married Terezie Indrichova (Hindricha) in the year 1828 in Krumsín (in the rom.-cath. rectory of Krumsína).

Son Franz (František) Launer, also sheepherder on the court of Rossitz (Rosice u Brna) and policeman of the cottage too, married in Rossitz Cecilie Urbanovska in 1862. Their son Moritz (Moric) Launer was born 1867 there, he later became yard manager in the sugar refinery of Rossitz. In Zbeschau he celebrated the marriage with Anna Ješina (Ješiny) in 1892. Her origin was Jacobau, Pribram (Příbrami) and was born in 1869. The third child of this alliance is Franz (František) Launer, born 1895 in Rossitz.
